Deseret Book has released free digital versions of 8 books. Check out http://deseretbook.com/free. Part of what we are trying to study is how “free digital downloads” affect “physical print sales.” I’ll keep you posted.
I love the free books, but then I often like free things. At this point I won’t be purchasing any of the free books. I don’t think that is going to hurt deseretbook, because I shop there often. I like doing business with a company that gives good custumer service. I think the free books make for excellent customer service, which encourages me to do my shopping @ DB rather than another book store. Keep up the good work.
